Residential Real Estate Sales Manager

We are looking for outgoing, energetic, passionate, can-do attitude kind of Real Estate Manager who is looking to grow both personally and professionally in their career, and become a leader with one of the top real estate companies in the country, who is expanding its market presence in Michigan. 

The Manager will be responsible for recruiting top talent, assisting sales associates with various programs to help them increase their business, offer coaching, mentoring and transaction management; In addition to being responsible for the over-all growth of their office.

MI Real Estate Manager Responsibilities:

  • Work with Management Leadership Team to learn all aspects of the company business model
  • Attend weekly manager meetings/training
  • Secure and conduct weekly recruiting appointments with qualified Realtor candidates
  • Promote and train on the company’s tools/programs
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings providing quality content for the betterment of the sales associates
  • Promote the Company’s Core Services
  • Develop, coach, and mentor sales associates

MI Real Estate Manager Qualities:

  • Knowledge of real estate principles, practices and management
  • Possess strong organizational and time-management skills
  • You are motivated, reliable and responsible self- starter that can self-manage with strong critical thinking skills
  • Exemplary communication skills oral and written
  • Ability to lead and direct your team and maintain a positive office environment
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and foster team commitments

Required Experience:

Minimum of 3 + years of Residential Real Estate sales experience and a track record of success in selling and listing residential homes

Associate Broker License preferred

MUST have MI Real Estate License
