Director of Education

Howard Hanna is looking for a Director of Education in Cleveland, OH to build out our educational offerings, including online learning, agent development, and marketing technology engagement.  For this critical role on our Career Development team, we are looking for a creative, results driven, and highly motivated professional that enjoys driving growth, collaborating, innovating, and being part of a team.  

Responsibilities:

  • Build well designed and curated high impact learning offerings 
  • Drive implementation and adoption strategies of learning programming with measurable results 
  • Collect, analyze, and report regional learning data 
  • Build efficiencies, manage, and track company offered continuing education  
  • Assist in driving network engagement through regional education initiatives  
  • Support regional leadership in their education offerings 
  • Liaison between the career development team and our affiliated learning partners 
  • Host and produce live training sessions 
  • Host and produce online learning sessions via Zoom
  • Develop online courses
  • Support company-wide learning initiatives 
  • Manage CE credits and tracking for region

 What We're Looking For:

  • 2 years of corporate training and development experience 
  • Proficient in Microsoft products 
  • Quick learner when it comes to technology platforms 
  • Client-focused, proactive with a strong mind-set for continuous improvement 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Someone who embraces and enjoys multi-tasking 
  • Can work independently but also enjoys being part of a team 
  • Must have a background and experience in real estate
  • 50% travel throughout Northern Ohio regions
  • Ability to travel out of state when needed

Position will work full time in our Cleveland, HQ building at 6000 Parkland Blvd, Mayfield Heights, OH
