Driver
Location: Cleveland, OH

Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is looking to hire a full-time driver to transport company executive to / from executive engagements, meetings, etc.   Candidate must operate and maintain vehicle with a focus on safety and courtesy. Must have high level of professionalism and respect confidentiality.

This is a full-time permanent position offering competitive salary, benefit package, PTO/Vacation, 401k and more. 

Skills/Requirements:

  • Must be able and willing to travel throughout the full Howard Hanna footprint- this may include flying to further locations and drive in that specific are. Includes but not limited to the following states: OH, MI, PA, NY, VA, NC, NJ, IN
  • Plans travel routes for upcoming trips, reads and interprets maps and driving directions to ensure the most efficient route service for travel.
  • Ability to have good communication with other employees as it pertains to the executive’s travel schedule to ensure flawless management of CEO’s time/availability.
  • Performs minor maintenance on assigned vehicles as required, per housekeeping and safety standards, providing a safe and clean working environment within the vehicle.
  • Adhere to personal image standards set by company policy, such as adhering to dress code policy, code of conduct, etc.
  • Ability to work in Microsoft Office suite: Must use Outlook for emailing, printing off materials/emails and ability to handle expenses in data base system.
  • Must be able to handle last minute requests and shifting priorities.
  • Communicates effectively with all levels of organization and willing to be a team player.
  • Prior military and/or public service or security job experience a plus.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Background check will be performed.
