DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMTED TO:

• First communication with the parties
• Clear title
• Pre-Cd preparation
• Order payoffs, surveys, deed, prepare title company closing documents for escrow
• Pull policy jackets at closing
• Scheduling; Appointments with client & Notary
• Accustomed to following defined workflows and meeting timeline requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• A minimum of 2 years recent title/escrow experience
• Must possess a least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Softpro and Greenfolders knowledge is not required but a plus
• Paperless environment, organization and basic understanding of technology needed
• Prior successful remote work experience desired but not required
