Office Supervisor
Location: Cleveland, OH

The Office Supervisor will provide professional support and value-added services to the President, and all Hanna Commercial agents.  Responsibilities include office management and workflow, communications with external representatives, preparing business reports and presentations, schedule, and coordinate meetings.   Oversight and management of support staff, as well as development and oversight of processes, SOPs, and accounts receivable. 


  • Provide high level administrative support to the President.
  • Provide as needed administrative support to all Hanna Commercial agents.
  • Perform complex and confidential administrative functions including development, compilation, formatting and presentation of business reports, and correspondence.
  • Review operating practices and procedures to identify and implement improvement.
  • Maintain office information and records.
  • Monthly compilation and recording of financial data.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and classes. Agenda preparation, detail communication, and attend meetings as required.
  • Expense reports and credit card reconciliation.
  • Support company operations by maintaining office tech and communication systems.
  • Coordination, enrollment, training, and support for industry specific software programs for all agents and employees.
  • Coordinate administrative and marketing teams to foster exchange of ideas and create cross-team learning opportunities.
  • Supervise support staff and work in coordination with HR on recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new hires.
  • Support for all administrative accounting functions and payment processing.
  • Review and maintenance of Hanna Commercial accounts receivable in coordination with accounting.
