Online Learning Coordinator

Howard Hanna is looking for an Online Learning Coordinator to build out our education team offerings, including online learning, agent development, and marketing technology engagement.  For this critical role on our Career Development team, we are looking for a creative, results driven, and highly motivated professional that enjoys collaborating, innovating, and being part of a team.  

Responsibilities:

  • Build well designed and curated high impact learning offerings 
  • Drive implementation and adoption strategies of learning programming with measurable results 
  • Manage all aspects of our Hanna University learning management system 
  • Collect, analyze, and report online learning data 
  • Build efficiencies, manage, and track company offered continuing education  
  • Assist in driving network engagement through regional education initiatives  
  • Support regional leadership in their education offerings 
  • Liaison between the career development team and our affiliated learning partners 
  • Host and produce live training sessions  

 What We're Looking For:

  • 2 years of corporate training and development experience required
  • 2 years of Learning Management System (LMS) experience required 
  • Previous demonstrable success in an education role, with experience in online learning design, development, delivery, and facilitation 
  • Understanding of Microsoft products 
  • Quick learner when it comes to technology platforms 
  • Knowledge and experience building and maintaining Learning Management Systems 
  • Client-focused, proactive with a strong mind-set for continuous improvement 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Someone who embraces and enjoys multi-tasking 
  • Can work independently but also enjoys being part of a team 
  • Background in real estate is preferred but not required
