Accounting Coordinator

Howard Hanna seeks a full-time Accounting Coordinator to join our accounting team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a customer service background looking for the next step in their career. This position is a hybrid role- working 4 days in office and 1 day remote!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process Deposits and disbursements for company real estate agents.
  • Provides customer service for office manager
  • Work in team environment with other Accounting Coordinators.
  • Involved in balancing transactions and general ledger accounts.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Two-year degree preferred.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have strong computer skills.
  • Must work well in a team environment.
