Administrative Assistant- Mortgage Operations

Job Summary: The Mortgage Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales, Secondary Marketing, and Operations teams in the Mortgage industry. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating activities across departments, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales, Secondary Marketing, and Operations teams with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate and organize activities such as client meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Prepare and distribute materials, including brochures, presentations, and proposals.
  • Monitor and track performance metrics and generating reports
  • Support the teams in achieving their targets and objectives.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by Sales, Secondary marketing and Mortgage Operations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the Mortgage industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Knowledge of mortgage products and services is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Full time in office.
  • Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or events.
