Marketing Coordinator 
Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives to strengthen the Howard Hanna Family of Companies brands, including Mortgage, Title, and Insurance.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and department heads to create innovative marketing solutions.
  • Become knowledgeable of existing sales tools, and willing to learn and own and project management system and work within the company CRM.
  • Coordinate marketing content and support institutional marketing efforts, ensuring consistent and concise brand messaging.
  • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, managing multiple projects from conception to completion.
  • Produce high-quality internal and external marketing content, including writing, editing, and proofreading materials.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies, manage content, and analyze engagement.
  • Utilize competitive analysis to develop and implement strategies that differentiate our company in the marketplace.
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or finance.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite and/or Canva preferred.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and social listening programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and team-oriented with a passion for processes and multi-tasking.
