Marketing Coordinator

SUMMARY OF JOB: Utilize your marketing expertise to help develop and execute marketing programs that will increase demand and drive revenue.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Impacts sales results by developing, supporting, and executing field marketing and segment activities.
- Assists Marketing Director with implementation and promotion of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinates, promotes, executes, and provide follow up summaries on market wide events
- Collaborate on social media strategy and compile and create content; assist in managing social media accounts
- Create and update email marketing templates including compiling and creating designs
- Initiate and project manage market wide design requests
- Communicate with top real estate agents and market leadership on design projects and marketing initiatives
- Train on and understand Mar Tech tools and assist in trouble shooting/offering guidance to agents, managers, and admin
- Hands-on printing and mailing projects
- Provides input on requirements for additional tools.
- Act as a liaison between offices/vendors and Accounting for monthly billing invoices.
- Advises on new ideas to generate revenue for various clientele
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- 1-2 years’ experience or training in marketing or sales preferred.
- Experience in customer service or other people-oriented fields desired.
- Creative thinker and an eye for artistic design.
- Exceptional communication skills. Solutions oriented.
- Sales experience a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
- Multi-tasking through multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge and skill to manage social media platforms.
- Adobe suite and/or Canva- Ability to create graphics (Preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Desire to succeed.
