Regional Manager of Business Development
Location: Virginia Beach, VA

SUMMARY OF JOB: Under supervision of the Senior VP of Franchise Operations the Regional Manager of Business Development will focus on growing the Howard Hanna Franchise brand throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.

This position will be paid a base salary plus a commission structure!

*This position is field based and open to all Mid-Atlantic area applicants*

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Lead Franchise Sales expansion throughout Mid-Atlantic region.  Territory to include DE, MD, and VA.  New business will come from new Franchise Sales and/or M&A growth for existing franchisees.

  • Work with SVP of Franchising - identify and prioritize target markets
  • Pipeline building
  • Weekly prospect meetings

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in the Real Estate industry is a PLUS but not required
  • Self starter and strong time management skills 
  • Demonstrated experience championing innovations and improvements.
  • Polished, professional, intelligent, with exceptional relationship and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft, presentation & CRM applications.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory and execute a disciplined approach to Regional Management with a focus on growth, retention and customer satisfaction.
