Settlement Officer
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Howard Hanna's Title Company: Barristers of Virginia, is seeking a Settlement Officer to cover the Virginia Beach/Norfolk market. Ideal candidate must have working experience in real estate title work and knowledge o the closing process. Strong customer service and computer skills are required. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is essential. Candidate must be able to travel when needed to closings within the Hampton Roads area.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize files for closings
Attend closings and explain closing documents
Handle post-closing issues
